SINGLES, DOUBLES & MIXED

On Sunday, April 1st 2001 singles from 10.00am

RULES

1. The Tournament Referee's decision, on all matters, is final.

2. Competitors must report to the player registration desk at least 15 minutes prior to their group's first match.

3. Competitors will be presented with a copy of the draw prior to the Tournament.

4. Competitors must be available to play their matches at the stipulated time or forfeit the match.

5. If you require a Partner please indicate on form.

6. Open to all affiliated players.

7. Exceptions: Any player who has been selected for Senior Squad or under 19 capped player. If participation in a squad session was over 10 years ago an entry maybe considered. (See Rule 1).

MATCHES

1. The first round matches will be played on a round robin format - a match will consists of one game to 15 points.

2. The second round matches will be played on a knockout format - best of three games - 15 points with no setting. Time allowing

3. Suitable badminton sportswear must be worn during play. Where possible, doubles partners should wear the same colours.

4. Competitors will not be required to commence matches before the designated start times.

5. Feather shuttles will be used for all events.

6. Competitors must return the official entry form no later than the stated closing date.

7. Entry fees are only returnable if a competitors doubles partner withdraws.

8. Players will be given an approximate time for their first match.
